A family-owned East County NEMT, built on trust, respect, and on-time arrivals.
DayLight Med Transportation is the DBA of RSN Transportation Services Inc. Founded in 2021 by Ruaa Hesham Jaffar, we are a licensed non-emergency medical transportation company based on East Main Street in the heart of El Cajon’s Little Baghdad.

A neighbor with a van, and a plan.
DayLight started with a small observation: patients and families in El Cajon often could not find a medical transportation service that understood their language, their neighborhood, or their schedule. Brokers sent vans from the other side of the county. Drivers rushed the pickups. Arabic-speaking seniors were stuck translating for their own caregivers.
We opened the doors at 311 East Main Street because that is where the community is. Our first rides were to Fresenius Kidney Care on Fletcher Parkway, three minutes away. Today we drive all of San Diego County, but Main Street is still home. We still answer the phone in Arabic, Spanish, and English. And we still treat every ride like we know the family, because usually, we do.
Mission
Make non-emergency medical transportation feel the way it should: safe, dignified, on time, and in the rider’s own language. Show up for the appointment that matters today, and earn the right to show up next week.
