A family-owned East County NEMT, built on trust, respect, and on-time arrivals.
DayLight Med Transportation is the DBA of RSN Transportation Services Inc. We are a family-owned, licensed non-emergency medical transportation company based on Greenfield Dr in El Cajon, serving every neighborhood in San Diego County with the kind of ride you would want for your own parents.

A neighbor with a van, and a plan.
DayLight started with a simple idea: medical rides should feel less like a transaction and more like a neighbor showing up on time. Too often, brokers were sending vans from the other side of the county, drivers were rushing pickups, and families were left translating for their own loved ones at the door.
We opened in El Cajon because it is home, and our first rides were to Fresenius Kidney Care on Fletcher Parkway, a short drive away. Today we cover all of San Diego County from our Greenfield Dr dispatch office. We still answer the phone in English, Spanish, and Arabic, we still remember names, and we still treat every ride like it is for family, because most weeks, it is.
Mission
Make non-emergency medical transportation feel the way it should: safe, dignified, on time, and in the rider’s own language. Show up for the appointment that matters today, and earn the right to show up next week.
Meet the founder
I started DayLight right here in El Cajon on January 1, 2024, because our neighbors deserve rides that feel safe, dignified, and on time. Our very first trips carried riders to dialysis at Fresenius Kidney Care on Fletcher Parkway, and that same care guides every mile we drive today. As a family-owned, licensed NEMT company, we answer the phone in English, Spanish, and Arabic, so you are met in your own language from the first call. When you ride with us, you ride with family.

Recurring rides and facility partners
Standing dialysis schedules with Fresenius and DaVita lock in. Hospital discharge agreements come together with Sharp Grossmont, Scripps, and Kaiser. Three-language dispatch (English, Spanish, Arabic) becomes the norm on every shift.

Countywide reach and online booking
Service area expands to every corner of San Diego County within a 60-mile radius, plus long-distance rides into Riverside and Orange. A new website and online booking platform go live.

Language is care
English, Spanish, and Arabic from intake through drop-off.
