Private-Pay Non-Emergency Medical Transportation

If your insurance does not cover a particular trip, or you simply prefer to pay privately, DayLight offers transparent flat-base-plus-mileage pricing for every service level. No surprise fees, no hidden surcharges, and no confusing invoices.

How it works

We quote every private-pay trip before the day of travel. Recurring schedules (for example weekly adult day health or dialysis rides) receive a discounted volume rate. Corporate accounts for senior-living communities, assisted living, and skilled-nursing facilities also receive facility-partner rates.

Eligibility & basics

Call dispatch for a specific quote. We do not quote over a generic fee - every quote reflects your real pickup, drop-off, and vehicle needs.
