ADHC group arrival

Adult day health centers (ADHC) and PACE programs provide a critical bridge between home and skilled care for seniors. Transportation is what makes the programs work. DayLight provides daily recurring rides to ADHC and PACE programs across San Diego County.

Programs we drive to

St. Paul’s PACE, Gary and Mary West PACE, InnovAge PACE San Diego, Glenner Family Centers (Chula Vista, San Diego, Encinitas), and various ADHC programs in El Cajon and La Mesa all use DayLight for recurring member transportation.

Morning and afternoon coordination

ADHC and PACE run on tight schedules. Members arrive by a specific window and depart together. DayLight aligns our pickups to the program’s start time, not the other way around. Afternoon pickups are scheduled in coordination with program end time so members are not rushing out early or waiting after the group leaves.

Consistent driver, same route

Every member gets the same driver every day, to the extent we can. The predictability is care in itself, especially for members with dementia or cognitive decline.

Key takeaways

  • PACE and ADHC programs across San Diego County covered.
  • Morning and afternoon schedules coordinated with program hours.
  • Consistent driver assignment is the default.
  • Medi-Cal coverage available for eligible members.
